"If you don't do something yourself, nothing will ever happen. But... If you work... If you do something... Something will definitely change." -Toua Tokuchi
Through the efforts of two IJGK'd members and the need for me to complete a trend. I am starting a blog. What will I talk about? I don't know. How will it be structured not too sure, but I will definitely try to always start with an awesome quote. When will I update? When I have time.
Lets start with the quote I started with. The quote above is currently my favourite from a manga called One Outs, which was why I used it. When I added it to the start of my blog for some reason it seemed like the perfect quote to start my first blog with. For those who do not know, One Outs is a manga about a baseball team in Japan aiming for the top spot in major league baseball. The real kicker of this series that keeps me reading is the psychological aspect of the story and the many plot, twists and turns that the main character stages. Overall a good manga that should be read.
What else is there to talk about... I thought of writing about the last 21 years of my life to get everyone up to date with how I came to be how I am. But I feel as though that will take alot more time than I am willing to commit to my first blog. So I will summarize the last 24 hours instead.
So 24 hours ago I would have been taking the train home from the city. A few hours before I had taken 2x k-pop classes and 1x RnB class. In the k-pop classes we taught dances to the song Be Mine by Inifinite and Bubble Pop by Hyuna/4minute. The choreography was enjoyable but because it was $5 week there were alot of people in class making it a bit hard to avoid hurting people. Regardless, this week I was a overly excited for the k-pop class. The reasons were; One: Deb decided to come along and watch/try. Second Tracy started to take k-pop at crossover.
The first reason was exciting because it is always nice to introduce someone to the dance scene and see their reaction to how they take the class. The second reason was exciting because she was a revue friend. Me and a good number of revue people had gone back a long way...since first year of uni to be precise. Details of why I am excited around revue will be saved for another day.
The next class I took was RnB class by Lauren. And my god she is an amazing dancer. At the end when she thanked everyone the only word I can think of to describe it, is cute xD. The choreography in itself was girly but it was still really good. I think I will consider taking more RnB classes in the future. To those interested...a possible ship occurred. During RnB one girl kept bumping into me during the choreography. During a drinks break she said sorry to me and kept practicing the dance. Because she was short she couldn't see the choreography, so being the nice guy I am I decided to help her out and showed her what the steps were. Other details are left out...but towards the end of the lesson we were on good talking terms. As a teaser I had to escort her to Star City because her dad was there to pick her up.
The train ride home was not very exciting. Was exhausted from taking three classes in a row and I sat there doing the Sudoku. This time round I did not manage to complete it before getting home.
Sudoku: 1 Huy: 0
I think for purposes of lols. I will keep a score board of my Sudoku records. One rule to keep this simple. I can only tally Sudoku games that I have done within 24 hours of writing the blog.
Got home, chilled, slept and got up the next day. The morning was not very eventful, but I made some major decisions. Foreseeing that my life will become extra busy within the next few weeks. I will be doing what a friend of mine is doing and make a to do list everyday and keep up with it. I also had a look around Bowden Park. Seeking inspiration for my research assignment to be decided by Monday, no pressure at all. Whilst walking, seeking for inspiration, I realised how I look at plants with a different eye ever since I started taking plant courses. I observed how some plants grew differently and had different leaf types, sizes, flower colours and the such and me wondering why a plant would evolve in such a way.
Ah evolution, such an interesting theory that was produced by Darwin. Today when I was over at a high schoolmates place for dinner. I had a deep discussion with a friend studying health science of why would an Oshaott, a bipedal organism, would become a Samurott, which was a quadrupedal. Who says science can not be applied to fun stuff? This lead to some interesting and logical reasoning's if pokemon were real and not just an 8 bit piece of data in a game cartridge.
The last thing I will put down is my high school mate's recount of his Japan trip. I am bringing this up because his childhood and teenage years were not per say was the best and he did have a tough time. The thing that he wanted the most was to go to Japan because of his love for the country. About 3 months ago he became aware of an opportunity for him to study in Japan for a month, financially it was not possible. So as his oldest and closest friends from high school a number of us chipped in to help him pay for the program. Jelly am I? Maybe. However I digress, the main point is, the guy the greatest time of his life. He managed to summarize the last week of his experience a little bit under 2 hours. To sum up the summary, it was just like a korean drama that would leave fans raging.
That you see was a glimpse of the last 24 hours of my life.
I must admit blogging was fun to do. I may consider doing it more in the future
So later days
Huy
