Do or do not. There is no try. -Yoda
So it has been 5 days since I last blogged. It has all been a blur with everything going on. So sum each day as briefly as possible and as much as I can remember. xD
This week an awesome Lion King Medley was stuck in my head: Lion Kingness
Wednesday
So yeh, I don't remember what I did that day until the k-pop class. LOL. Usually that means I'll be doing something mostly study related. Involving reading journal articles and/or writing assignments. To the part I do remember...vaguely. We learnt the dance Hug Me Once By Girls Day. The best part of this dance was forming a guys only group and becoming Guys Day. Oh yeh!
Overall I enjoyed the class heaps the choreography was fun especially when we were learning the rise and fall twist move which me and Kevin failed to start with because we did it opposite to Jibbie, David and a random, Andrew was his name I believe, but towards the end we got it spot on and the dance as a whole looked good.
After that I headed to Manly. For those who don't know to get to Manly by bus, you have to get a bus from Wynyard to Neutral Bay and exchange buses at Neutral Bay to Manly. I missed the exchange at Neutral Bay buy 5 seconds. If I had ran I probably would have made it, but I was awkwardly carrying two bags which lagged me. Had to wait 20 minutes for the next bus.
While looking around in that 20 minutes I realised how safe I felt to be waiting for a bus at Manly. As oppose to say Cabramatta. Anyway the bus came, I got on and arrived at my aunt's place.
Thursday
This day was work day. So I had to be ready to be picked up by 9am. The awesome thing about this work is that my boss picks me up from my aunt's medical centre which is literally 5 minutes walk from my aunt's place. Thus I can sleep in a bit ^_^.
After arriving at my Aunt's medical centre I was met with not my boss but my co-worker, Doug, he said the boss was busy with work for the council and that we were on our own with doing work that day. The task that was left for us was to collect data of bandicoot sightings around Manly. This was interesting because we collected data from the local environmental centre, the centre was consisted mainly of kind old people who wanted to do good even in their old age. They were quite knowledgeable and had alot of passion for what they did. It was quite inspiring.
After we collected the data, we headed back to the office and was set off to do our tasks. To quickly sum up how work went. I felt as though I was productive and did some good in the office. The most exciting news of that day was when my boss called me and said I am going to be writing up a report for one of his clients next week which would have my name on it. ^_^
After work, I headed home. No rest for the wicked! This time I took the ferry back. I missed the ferry by 5 minutes and the next one was coming in 20 minutes. So I decided to have a dinner. My dinner was a deliciously warm and creamy chicken wrap drenched in lemon and honey dressing. With a lipton tea and chips on the side.
The trip took about 1 hour and 40 minutes to get back I don't remember what time I got back but I was glad to be home to just sleep.
Friday
Crazily busy day this one day was. I remember getting up at 8.30am to take my sister to school and my cousin to the station. Got back home to eat breakfast and finish writing up my reading summaries...which was due at 11am. At about 9:40ish I headed off and drove to uni. ^_^
Driving to uni is awesome, less worry about buses and I don't have to worry about getting home late at night. Once there headed to a lab to print out my summaries and then headed to class. Class was alright the topics this week was less interesting and I didn't contribute much to the discussion. However we did manage to organise carpooling for the field trip and bunking arrangements. Awesome one less thing to worry about!
After that I headed off to meet with Charmaine who was the costumes organiser for one of the revues. She needed a favour from me to help her buy fabric. So we met and I drove us to a materials shop near USNW....It took a while for us to figure out what to buy since she wanted a spicific blue. All the blues in the store did not match the blue she wanted. >_> Its like how many shades of blue are there?
Anyway after deciding what to buy we headed back to UNSW where I parked my car...in a safe spot...against parking fines.
We went our separate ways, it was about 4.20pm I knew I will miss the first k-pop class when I saw the time. However my stomache began to grouch at the fact I did not eat since about 8am. The new mission: Bukkake from mappin. Honestly, I was worried about buying take away mappin since I have not done that nor seen anyone order take away before. It made for an awkward situation with the guy at the counter when I made my order. lol
After arriving at CO I couldnt help but notice that most of the IJGK'd group didn't take the class. Still it was awesome to eat with them around, than eating by myself. Friday's class was So Good by Sistar. Me, Kelvin, Jibbie and David were part of the IJGK'd sub unit, Brotar. I agree with Kelvin it does sound like something from warcraft... Anyway the most climatic scene of the night was the dance battle between us and Tommi's group. Obviously we won.......and I'll leave the rest of my comments to myself lol.
After class I headed to China Town to meet with with Kay. One of my best friends from high school. We went to a Japanese restaurant and spent about 1-2 hours catching up on the past four years. We caught up on alot, things that happened, what we were doing with our lives and the such. It reminded me of the good old high school days when we used to chat alot. (p.s. ship definitely not happening)
After dinner headed to uni to get my car and go home. The buses to UNSW was alot less common at that time but whatever the catchup was worth it.
Saturday
So yeah Saturday was rehearsing for the Korean Film Festival. Learning DBSK again. After doing it I realised how much I can forget in 1-2 months which was too much. So that day consisted of us reminding our bodies of dbsk and teaching Whitney how to be Daniel and Jibbie.
After rehearsals I headed home and headed to a friend's birthday who lived in Carramar. The party was alrite, food was self serve but I know I am a good BBQer so it was good. The crowd for this party consisted of parkour and pharmacy people. I don't know the birthday girl well but I know everyone else well enough which was good enough for me. The parkour group called me to climb a brick wall, roughly 1 and a half of my height. It has been about half a year since I last did parkour and I was worried that I was out of practice I made the climb and found that it was effortless. Did dancing improved my parkour skills??? I need to get back into it once uni is over =D
After the party headed home and began sending out emails to geosoc executives to start them on organising an event to happen in 3 week T_T. After that was done. I just jumped into bed and slept.
Sunday
Yes I am up to Sunday!!!
I woke and headed straight to CO. I thought I was going to be late since weekend trains were slower than weekdays train. However, magically I still got there on time. O_O.
We spent that time practicing dbsk and taught Carmen Roly Poly. I failed to hard >_<. I remembered most parts in bits and pieces and do not remember the order for the pointing part. I will be working on the pointing bit until I get it!
After rehearsals most of us and many others went to the I need a Girl workshop, featuring Jaye and Whitney. There were alot of people in this class but it was to be expected. With the fact that we had to have a partner to take this class. Alot of ship potentials was floating around. My partner for this dance was Nancy. Our dance was lols because she kept shying away from looking at my face. If anyone remembers my flirting face from, Before You Go practice, I was using that here. I felt it was appropriate ^_^.
After the class the IJGK'd group headed to late lunch. When we were at Cha Time, I headed off to the nearest atm fee free for St George users. After that I called up Carmen to find out where the group was. She left me hanging. I called Daniel who was obviously more reliable (=p). He picked up and told me where they were. Once part of the group again we had our late lunch and just chilled the time away, talking about ships, todays class and well ships. Was a good DnM session.
After a time we decided its time to disperse and head back. Jibbie, Ruby, Whitney and Jaye headed in the townhall direction while the rest of us went to central. Once at central we parted ways with Elena, Yuki and Carmen. At our platform we waved by to Carmen and Elena who's train was still at the station and said bye to Kevin who got the western Line train. The train back was David, Daniel and me. (Cabra sub unit?) On the way back me and Daniel gave ideas of how David can start a ship with Shaneye. It was good fun.
We separated ways at Guildford and I was forever alone going to Cabramatta. I thought about when was the last time I blogged. Surely, this week was a real blur of things happening, coming and going.
Be blogging soon
